Midland Credit Management hired an unethical collection agency to collect a nonexistent debt. Midland Credit Management hired Federal Bond and Collection Services aka FBCS Collections to attempt to extort a consumer into paying an account that he does not owe.
You can hear where FBCS Collections accused this consumer of attempting to bait them into a settlement. If you will visit FBCS Collections accuses me of "Shaking me Down" you will get a good laugh at their unethical collection practices.
The good thing is in my state Midland Credit Management is also responsible for the of Federal Bond and Collections. This does not even start to bring in Midland's violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
